All your advertising and real profit in one dashboard
Every dashboard shows you revenue. Not one shows you profit.
RoasLens connects your channels — BaseLinker, Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Allegro — and shows ROAS, net profit, and concrete recommendations: what to turn on and what to shut off.
No installation · no credit card · encrypted data
- Revenue from all channels
- 68,148 zł
- Costs (goods, commissions, ads, overhead)
- −93,774 zł
- Monthly result
- −25,626 zł
Real numbers, in PLN. I learned about them in March.
Your profit is scattered across six dashboards. None of them shows the whole picture.
Allegro reports revenue its own way. Google and Meta show ROAS calculated on revenue, without your costs. BaseLinker shows operating margin, without advertising. Your accountant shows the real result — six weeks later. Each of them tells the truth about its own piece. RoasLens puts the pieces together and shows you the difference in Polish złoty (PLN), as of today.
One sale, seven line items on the statement
It's not a matter of discipline or tidy paperwork. The data simply arrives in pieces.
What Allegro charges on a single order
- sale amount
- sales commission
- sales commission on promoted listings
- delivery
- additional delivery fee
- courier pick-up fee
- Allegro Ads fees
On top of that, a sale can show up late and get booked into the following month. RoasLens collects these line items automatically and shows you how much you actually keep from Allegro — after commissions, after fees, after the cost of goods, and after advertising.
Everything you need to make your advertising profitable
Live ROAS
Return on ad spend from all channels in one place, broken down by campaign and source.
Net profit, not revenue
Real profit after subtracting ads, commissions, and costs — not just sales.
Recommendations
What to cut, what to boost, and what to shut off — based on your data, not gut feeling.
Accounting & taxes
Real income the way your accountant counts it, PIT income tax, foreign invoices at the NBP exchange rate, plus customs duty. Owner-only.
Demand Calendar
Holidays, weather, and payday rhythms calibrated against your sales. Act before demand takes off.
Team roles
Your marketer sees analytics and recommendations, but not profit or costs.
You're trusting me with access to your finances. You have every right to ask how I protect it
You shouldn't let just any tool into your sales and invoices. Here is exactly what RoasLens can and cannot do on your accounts.
Read-only access
It doesn't change campaigns, touch bids or budgets, or issue or delete invoices.
Allegro via OAuth
You click "Allow" on Allegro's side. You never give me your password or Client Secret — I never see them.
Encrypted keys
API tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never travel back to the browser.
Two-step login
A code sent to your e-mail. The database stores only its irreversible hash, never the code itself.
Disconnect with one click
No e-mails to support, no notice period.
GDPR in writing
A privacy policy and a data processing agreement. Financials are visible to the account owner only.
The code has been through an internal security audit — 24 fixes implemented. How exactly we protect your keys and data (encryption, read-only access, GDPR) is described on the Security page. Find a hole — write to me. I'll fix it and thank you.
How RoasLens differs from Excel, ad dashboards, and Base Analytics
Let's start with an honest admission: you can calculate all of this in Excel. Provided that every week you open the sheet, pull the spend from three ad dashboards, and add the commissions and cost of goods. RoasLens does the same thing your spreadsheet does — just without your weekly work.
| Capability | Excel | Ad dashboard | Base Analytics | RoasLens |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ad ROAS | manual | ✓yes | —no | ✓yes |
| Product cost & margin | manual | —no | ✓yes | ✓yes |
| Real profit (not revenue) | manual | —no | partial | ✓yes |
| Allegro sales | manual export | —no | ✓yes | ✓yes |
| All channels in one place | manual | —no | partial | ✓yes |
| "What to shut off" recommendations | —no | partial | —no | ✓yes |
| Updates without your work | —no | ✓yes | ✓yes | ✓yes |
| Recognises a returning Allegro buyer | —no | —no | —no | ✓yes |

11 integrations
Allegro, Allegro Ads, BaseLinker, Google Ads, GA4, Facebook, Threads, Fakturownia and beyond. Each with its own login, API limits, and failure handling.
435–605 person-days
That's how much team work a tool of this class requires. One person would spend about two years on it.
0.3%
That's what the annual Pro subscription (1,188 zł net) costs compared to the lower bound of this estimate.
Our own estimate of custom development cost: 435–605 person-days at the 160–200 zł/h rate applied by Polish software houses in 2026. Scope: 121 API routes, 59 database tables, 34 pages, 11 external integrations. This is an estimate, not a market offer.

Frequently asked questions
What does RoasLens actually do?
It gathers data from your advertising and sales channels, calculates ROAS, shows your real net profit, and suggests concrete recommendations — what to boost, what to cut, and what to shut off. All in one dashboard, without hopping between ten tabs.
Which channels can I connect?
BaseLinker (sales and orders), Google Ads and Meta (spend and campaign ROAS), Google Analytics 4 (traffic and conversions), Allegro (sales and commissions), and Fakturownia (company costs for calculating net profit).
Does RoasLens change my campaigns or spend my money?
No. It works in suggest-only mode — it analyzes and advises, but never spends anything or changes anything in your campaigns on its own. Every decision stays with you.
Is my data safe?
Access is strictly read-only — RoasLens doesn't change campaigns or budgets and doesn't issue invoices. You connect Allegro via OAuth, so you never hand over your password or Client Secret. API keys are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never travel back to the browser, and every login is protected by a code sent to your e-mail. You can disconnect a source, or delete your account along with its data, with a single click. Details are on the Security page.
Isn't plain Excel enough for me?
If every week you open the spreadsheet, pull the spend from your ad dashboards, and add the commissions and cost of goods — it probably is, and I sincerely congratulate you. RoasLens does the same thing without that work: the data flows in on its own, and you have the result as of today, not a month later. The difference lies in regularity, not in a spreadsheet's ability to do math.
Do I see real profit, not just revenue?
Yes. After subtracting ads, commissions, and costs you see your net profit. This data is private — only the account owner sees it.
Can I give my team access?
Yes. You can invite a collaborator (a marketer) who will see the advertising analytics and recommendations, but will have no access to profit, costs, or finances.
Does RoasLens also calculate taxes and real income?
Yes. The accounting module shows your real income (revenue minus costs, the way your accountant counts them), automatically calculates turnover and PIT income tax, converts foreign invoices at the NBP exchange rate including customs duty, can read amounts from PDFs with AI, and prepares an annual summary. Only the account owner sees this data.
What is the Demand Calendar?
It's a calendar that combines holidays and seasons in Poland, the weather, and the consumer biorhythm — the rhythm of paydays and benefit payouts calibrated against your sales. You see when demand is about to rise, so you can boost your budget before it takes off instead of reacting after the fact.
How often does the data refresh?
Automatically, in the background. You don't have to do anything — you open the dashboard and simply know where you stand. You can also refresh manually with one click.
Who built RoasLens and who maintains it?
Sebastian Pietrzak — an e-commerce seller, not a software house. The tool grew out of the needs of my own store, and behind it stands a registered company with an EU VAT ID and an address, not an anonymous startup. Access is read-only, the code has been through an internal security audit with 24 fixes implemented, and you can disconnect with a single click. This is a one-person operation, and I'd rather you know that before you sign up than after.
How do I get started?
You create an account with your e-mail and a verification code, connect your first channel, and click refresh. No installation, no credit card — everything runs in the browser.
I built this for myself
RoasLens wasn't built "for the market." It grew out of my own e-commerce business. Running sales, advertising, and the books every day, I hit a wall: ad dashboards show ROAS, accounting shows costs, and nowhere can you see the one thing that matters — how much actually stays in your pocket.
